York County Restaurant Inspections: All 60 Receive A Grades

The South Carolina Department of Agriculture conducted 60 food establishment inspections in York County from Sept. 16 through Sept. 21, with all 60 resulting in A grades.

Last week's inspection cited violations involving bare-hand contact with ready-to-eat food, cold-holding temperatures, date marking and other food-safety requirements.

During the Sept. 11 inspection, inspectors cited violations involving bare-hand contact with ready-to-eat food, improper cold-holding temperatures and date marking, among other issues. A follow-up inspection had been required within 10 days.
