York County Real Estate Transactions Sept. 23-29

Million-dollar sales in Clover and York lead a week that also produced high-dollar transactions in Tega Cay, Fort Mill and Rock Hill.

Week in Review

York County’s real estate transactions were led by two sales topping $1 million during the week, with the largest a $1.89 million transaction at 5211 Lake Wylie Road in Clover. A $1.44 million sale at 2183 Mingus Lane in York was the week’s second-highest transaction.

Tega Cay also produced several of the week’s largest sales, led by a $954,675 transaction at 531 Tonka Path, followed by sales of $890,335 at 511 Tonka Path and $800,000 at 773 Beachwood Cove Drive.

Fort Mill recorded steady upper-end activity throughout the period. Its largest sale was $935,000 at 3285 Pleasant Road, followed by transactions of $871,982 at 1527 Twin Leaf Road, $865,000 at 2141 Bud Court, $850,000 at 7124 Michael Scott Crossing and $832,287 at 1515 Twin Leaf Road.

Rock Hill’s highest-priced transaction was $712,000 for 205, 207 and 209 Friedheim Road. Other notable Rock Hill sales included $670,672 at 275 Luray Way, $625,000 at 1289 Centennial Drive and $599,999 at 1629 Shetland Lane.

Overall, the week’s highest-priced activity was spread across the county, with Clover and York producing the only million-dollar transactions and Tega Cay and Fort Mill accounting for many of the other largest sales.

York County real estate transactions recorded Tuesday, Sept. 29, were led by a $935,000 Fort Mill sale, where sellers were represented by Gina Creson Hinson with Rinehart Realty. This was followed by a $712,000 Rock Hill transaction. York recorded sales of $660,000, $552,200 and $498,000, while another Fort Mill property sold for $545,000.
