York County Real Estate Transactions

Week in Review: Sept. 16–22

York County's residential real estate market produced several seven-figure transactions during the latest reporting period, with the week's largest sale recorded in Lake Wylie/Clover at $1.885 million where the sellers were represented by Drew Choate with Keller Williams Connected. A $1.43 million Rock Hill property and a $1.35 million Tega Cay property were also among the week's biggest transactions.

Fort Mill saw several high-dollar sales during the period, led by $1.14 million on Wessington Manor Lane and $1.05 million on Masons Bend Drive. Seller was represented by Vimal Patel with VIMAL REALTY LLC

Other notable Fort Mill transactions included sales of $917,000, $779,000, $728,000 and $717,500.

Rock Hill had one of the broadest ranges of activity. The $1.43 million sale on Aragon Beach Road, had sellers represented by Drew Choate with Keller Williams Connected. Rock Hill had a Landry Lane property sold for $1.1 million and also Tuesday brought sales of $770,000 on Indigo Court and $710,000 on Meredith Court.

Elsewhere, Clover reached $1.18 million with the sale of 5141 Sapp Circle and recorded a $920,000 transaction at 1 Sunrise Point Court. York had a $925,000 sale on Valita Road and a $737,400 transaction on Oberon Street.

York’s highest-priced transaction of the week was $925,000 for 4928 Valita Road. Sellers were represented by Natasha Fairman with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolinas Realty.

Tega Cay also posted two seven-figure transactions during the period: $1.35 million on Woodlake Lane and $1.054 million on Tonka Path. Sellers at Woodlake Ln. were represented by Drew Choate with Keller Williams CONNECTED.

Tuesday, Sept. 22

York County real estate transactions recorded Tuesday, Sept. 22, were led by a $1.05 million Fort Mill sale, followed by a $920,000 Clover transaction. Rock Hill's highest-priced sale was $770,000, followed by transactions at $710,000 and $574,993, while York recorded a $737,400 sale.
