York County Real Estate Transactions

High-dollar sales across Fort Mill, Lake Wylie, Rock Hill, Clover, Tega Cay and York highlight a busy week of York County real estate transactions

Week in Review

York County’s real estate market produced a steady run of high-dollar transactions during the week, with Fort Mill accounting for many of the largest sales. The week’s top transaction was a $1.55 million sale at 767 Mendenhall Court in Fort Mill, followed by a $1.4 million Fort Mill sale at 2082 Tatton Hall Road and a $1.33 million transaction at 4063 Country Overlook Drive.

York also recorded significant activity, including a $1.2 million sale at 3438 Stags Leap Way, while Lake Wylie had several notable transactions, including sales of $780,000, $685,000 and $665,000 on Monday.

Rock Hill’s highest sale in the report was $880,000 at 1533 Aragon Beach Road, with several other properties topping $500,000 during the period. Aragon Beach sellers were represented by Christopher Hood with Stephen Cooley Real Estate.

Tega Cay’s activity included sales of $544,000, $505,205 and $462,255.

Overall, the transactions show higher-priced activity spread across York County, but Fort Mill stood out both for the number of upper-end sales and for producing the week’s three largest transactions.

Tuesday, Sept. 15

York County real estate transactions recorded Tuesday, Sept. 15, were led by an $880,000 Rock Hill sale at 1533 Aragon Beach Rd, Rock Hill and an $876,000 transaction involving 73 acres on Brattonsville Road. Sellers of Aragon Beach Rd. were represented by Christopher Hood with Stephen Cooley Real Estate.

Other notable sales included a $580,000 Fort Mill property, a $544,000 Tega Cay home and a $505,000 York transaction.
