Weekly Summary

Rock Hill/York County Airport saw a strong mix of private and business aviation during the reporting period, highlighted by a transcontinental Challenger 350 flight, multiple Pilatus PC-24 movements, a recurring Falcon 900 and several Flexjet and corporate aircraft.

One of the week's standout flights came Sunday when a Flexjet Bombardier Challenger 350 arrived from Piedmont Triad International Airport and, after spending just over an hour at Rock Hill, departed for Zamperini Field in Southern California.

The Pilatus PC-24 also had a notable presence. N576JA arrived Thursday from Indiana, while two additional PC-24s operating under Cobalt Air/CHRONOS call signs arrived Monday afternoon. One of those aircraft departed Tuesday morning for Portsmouth, N.H.

The Charlotte-based Dassault Falcon 900 N70FK continued to be a recurring presence. It completed a Thursday trip involving Philadelphia and southeast Texas, departed Sunday morning for Rhode Island and returned to Rock Hill late Monday from President Donald J. Trump International Airport.

Monday produced one of the week's strongest concentrations of business jets, with two PC-24s, a Flexjet Phenom 300, a Citation Excel/XLS and the Falcon 900 all appearing in the day's activity. Wednesday recorded the greatest overall airport activity with 100 arrivals and departures, although much of that traffic involved locally based aircraft, flight instruction and practice flights rather than the business aviation highlighted by Agenda PJ's.

Tuesday Flight Notes Tuesday's activity was highlighted by a PlaneSense Pilatus PC-24 fractional jet, along with three light-jet movements involving two Cirrus Vision Jets and an Embraer Phenom 100. Two King Air B200 turboprops also arrived, including N213DB, which completed a same-day Rock Hill-Nashville-Rock Hill trip before returning to Hickory.

The remainder of the day's activity was dominated by piston aircraft and repeated local operations, including multiple flights by Cessna 172s and Piper trainers that appear consistent with flight-training or local flying and don't need to be included individually in the published report.
